HKCS is open to individuals at all ages.
Members will be issued with a membership number and membership card within one month after registration. An administration fee of HK$ 50 will be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards.
Membership in HKCS and membership cards are not transferable and refundable and may only be used by the member. HKCS may forthwith terminate the membership of a member and the right of a member without a prior notice if a member commits misconduct or fraud, misuses benefits and awards, or fails to follow these terms and conditions. In the event of termination of membership a member must forthwith return his/her membership card to HKCS.
HKCS reserves the right to modify the Society's structure, benefits and other features, including these terms and conditions at any time. HKCS will use reasonable effort to notify members of material changes to HKCS and/or to these terms and conditions.
HKCS reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
The personal data supplied by members is required for the operation of HKCS or related organizations. Personal data may also be used for ongoing research, programme development and to communicate news and promotional information to members.
