Our third annual 2011 Hong Kong Cello Festival, presented by the Hong Kong Cellist Society, will be held from June 12th to June 25th this year. We are especially pleased to bring you a truly fantastic lineup, including two concerto appearances by violinist Ms. Sylvia Chow, and cellist Mr. Ka Lap Wong, alongside with the Hong Kong Chamber Orchestra, a Guitar and Flute Duo by classical guitarist Mr. Stephen Chau and flutist Mr. Chan Kwok Chiu, and our 7th annual Cello Factory Participants’ Concert. This year, we are honoured by a worldwide presence in our festivities. We have invited the world renowned Spanish luthier, Neris Gonzalez, and representatives from the famous guitar brand Martinez to join us. From Japan, the innovative flute maker, Kuniaki Nomata , and also European cello masters Giorgio Grisales, Stefano Trabucci, and Fabrizio Di Pietrantonio will also be here. They will host our guitar, flute and cello exhibitions and workshops throughout the Festival. This unique annual classical music experience is truly not to be missed!
